The hotel offers a mix of ups and downs. The rooms feel more like a rental studio apartment, which was already set for us, but there are issues with noisy housekeeping. The service, on one hand, is friendly and helpful, yet on the other, there are incidents of loud and rude behavior. However, there are concerns with noise being on a hill. Dining options are not specified, but traditional fish seems to be on the menu. Overall, the facilities are solid, with close proximity to the beach and convenient amenities, but there may be noise disturbances on Old Montauk Hwy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, right across the street from the beach, though a bit of a walk to restaurants and bars. The dining experience was decent, with the option for takeaway Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The facilities were great, especially the pool area. I felt it was a good value for the money overall.
